Many small and growing businesses experience a 'file location' challenge.

Files are passed around the office on Flash USB sticks.  Some staff keep a copy on their local machine for convenience along with their own changes.  Other staff save their changes in a file with a differnet name.  Even companies using their own file server face the 'file location' challenge: not just who has the file but who has the latest version of the file.
