As a direct result of feedback we will be holding a 'Partner Day' (see below) on November 27th. This is a forum which will allow our partners to meet and share their own success stories, as well as hear from us and software vendors about updates. We expect to hold these days regularly according to demand from our partners.
As a further result of the feedback we have received we are now planning the introduction of new services. It will take some time to introduce everything that we are seeking to implement, particularly as we will need to ensure that appropriate terms can be agreed with vendors concerned. As a pointer to some of the feedback that we have received our users should expect to see the introduction of more software on our platform, as well as further web based services in the near future.

Online50 partner firm Alliotts have been providing an outsourcing service to Magnum Chilled Desserts Ltd since January 2007. As Magnum Chilled Desserts deal with supermarkets with a 24/7 electronic system it is vital that orders are not lost and Andy Kemp, their Financial Controller, decided that outsourcing the accounts department would ensure that capacity was available when needed.
